Variation of Processed Rice

Rice Uduk

This may often be one your breakfast menu. Rice uduk is easily found. It was a tasty make a lot of people liked it. To make uduk rice, rice mixed with coconut milk added spices such as ginger, bay leaves, lemon grass leaf and nutmeg. Regular sprinkling of fried onions sprinkled over rice uduk before eaten. It would taste better if eaten with fried chicken, Empal, fried tofu, fried shrimp and vegetables cucumbers and basil.


Yellow Rice

Rice Krawu
